Ok, I have 2 guesses as to where the photo was taken.
#1 - Magic Kingdom - WDW - Liberty square. Sitting in front of the Hall of Presidents (nearly) and the picture is taken with you facing towards the castle.
#2 - Downtown Disney - Disneyland Resort. Down near the French restaurant that sells the beignets.

The picture was taken while waiting for the parade in Disneyland at the platform for the main street station train stop
